CAST LIST FOR 2015 PAGEANT

PLEASE READ ALL INFORMATION AND FOLLOW ALL INSTRUCTIONS!
...We expect that all those that have been cast are ready to have fun, but not at the expense of following ALL rules, expectations and instructions. Attempting to rely on "I didn't know" with respect to information that is clearly posted is one of the quickest ways out of the cast
...If you have been cast and decide not to participate, please be courteous and let us know promptly so that we might make whatever adjustments might be needed in a timely manner (if you are cast and know someone else who was cast who has decided not to take their position, please tell them to e-mail or call us and let us know)
... We have cast more than we need; accordingly, adherence to procedures will be expected and strictly monitored. Failure to do so will result in dismissal from the production.
...You must continue to visit this website regularly (at least twice a week) in order to keep informed and receive important updates.
... After you have reviewed the script when it is posted, you must return to the website and confirm that you are accepting your role. At that time, you will also be required to specifically identify all conflicts and be prepared to live with that list. Therefore, take the time now to find out any and all possible conflicts specifically and exactly. Excessive conflicts will always remain a reason for dismissal from the production.
NOTE: ANY CONFLICTS YOU PREVIOUSLY NOTED HAVE BEEN DISCARDED - ALL CONFLICTS - REAL OR POTENTIAL - MUST BE REPORTED ON THE CONFLICT ACCEPTANCE FORM ON THE HOME PAGE WHEN IT IS POSTED!
...Once you confirm your participation, download and follow instructions for all other forms that are posted on the home page.
...The orientation date is SUNDAY, DECEMBER 7, 2014 @: 1:45 p.m. until approximately 4 to 4:45 p.m. (volunteers will be asked to show up at 1:00 p.m. for a brief meeting and submission of forms). The first rehearsal is mandatory for the full cast and will be on SATURDAY, JANUARY 3, 2015 @ 11 a.m. PLEASE MARK YOUR CALENDARS NOW!
