PLEASE READ ALL INFORMATION AND FOLLOW ALL INSTRUCTIONS!
The mandatory orientation is Sunday, December 7, from 1:45 pm until 4:45 pm for all cast members.    
Please make sure you understand and follow all of the instructions below (READ ALL FINE PRINT BELOW CAREFULLY) BRING ALL REQUIRED FORMS AND INFORMATION WITH YOU!  
Volunteers and Staff should show up at 1:00 to turn in forms and get any further instructions  
(NOTE: volunteers and staff must complete everything below, too).

Use this link if you have not already entered your e-mail into our system when you checked the cast list, or if you have changed your e-mail and need to update it in our system.
Once you have reviewed all of the information on these pages and determine whether or not you will continue your participation in the pageant, use this form to accept your position and PROVIDE ALL CONFLICTS (ACTUAL OR POTENTIAL).  PLEASE TAKE THIS STEP SERIOUSLY!  We make every reasonable effort to work around a few conflicts if we know of them in advance; otherwise; you are expected to clear your schedule to accomodate the pageant.  NOTE:  CONFLICTS PROVIDED ON THE AUDITION MATERIALS ARE IGNORED AT THIS POINT - YOU MUST PUT ALL CONFLICTS IN ON THIS FORM ONLY FOR THEM TO BE CONSIDERED AND ACCEPTED OR REJECTED.

Study this calendar to understand the time commitment before completing the acceptance form above and use the dates / times to complete the conflict information.  NOTE TIMES ARE NOT ALWAYS THE SAME FOR LIKE DAYS - MAY NOT USE ENTIRE TIME PERIOD, BUT NEED TO BE FLEXIBLE WITHIN THE RANGE.

CAST/STAFF/VOLUNTEERS: The completed form must be turned in by EVERYONE at orientation.  ANYONE under 18 must have a parents signature as well as their own on the form.

OK, here it is - the Script for the 2015 Nightly Musical Pageant!  Use this link to download (pdf format) and print the script (NOTE: It is a black and white version to save on printing - those that may need/want the colorized version just contact Chuck).  

Please bring it to the orientation on Sunday as we will be doing a read through at that time (bring a pencil/pen also for notes).  

Prior to orientation it is expected that you will study the script as much as you can in order to make the read through go more smoothly. If you are a singer of any song, note the lyrics well as they may not be what you expect. BE PREPARED TO SING THE SONGS WITH THE REVISED LYRICS AT THE ORIENTATION READ THROUGH (SEE LINK ABOVE TO ACCESS THE CURRENT TRACKS FOR MUCH OF THE SHOW MUSIC).  

If you are a non-specific character according to the cast list, try to be as famiiar as you can with any line/song that is not specifically identified as belonging to a character on the cast list.

It is expected that everyone will have plenty to do in the production.  Keep this in mind if your primary role(s) do not seem so big at this time.

The orientation on 12/7 will be at the pageant stage inside the fairgrounds (the palace building).  For now, plan on entering through Gate 4 off of Arabia and parking in the outer lot and walking into the grounds BUT - check back before you leave on Sunday (or Saturday night) to see if there are any different instructions!  Do not drive into the grounds even if gate is open unless this site says ok.
NON-CAST VOLUNTEERS ONLY: Turn this form in at orientation to provide us with contact information and information regarding desired areas to volunteer.  If under 18, a parent/legal guardian must sign the form, too.  NOT NEEDED IF FILLED OUT ON-LINE AUDITION APPLICATION ALREADY THIS YEAR.
CAST/STAFF/VOLUNTEERS: This form must be turned in by everyone under 18 years old at orientation.  [NOTE: adults 18 and over complete the form above instead]
