OK, here it is - the Script for the 2016 Nightly Musical Pageant!  Use this link to download (pdf format) and print the script (NOTE: It is a black and white version to save on printing - those that may need/want the colorized version just contact Chuck).

Please bring it to the orientation on Sunday as we will be doing a read through at that time (bring a pencil/pen also for notes).

Prior to orientation it is expected that you will study the script as much as you can in order to make the read through go more smoothly. If you are a singer of any song, note the lyrics well as they may not be what you expect. BE PREPARED TO SING THE SONGS WITH THE REVISED LYRICS AT THE ORIENTATION READ THROUGH (SEE LINK ABOVE TO ACCESS THE CURRENT TRACKS FOR MUCH OF THE SHOW MUSIC).

If you are a non-specific character according to the cast list, try to be as famiiar as you can with any line/song that is not specifically identified as belonging to a character on the cast list.

It is expected that everyone will have plenty to do in the production.  Keep this in mind if your primary role(s) do not seem so big at this time.
ADDITIONAL NOTES
Please make sure you are reviewing your script, your music and your choreography (including watching the posted videos) on a daily basis to make sure the show is as perfect as it can be.

DVD/PHOTO CDs
We will again be offering a multi-camera, professionally-edited recording of the show as well as a photo CD of photos taken by our photographer throughout the run to all who are interested.  An interest sheet will be posted on Saturday to begin signing up.  The cost for this package will be between $20 and $35 depending upon the interest as we must cover the out-of-pocket costs for the DVD editing and recording.
DIRECTOR'S NOTES
======================
This Saturday kicks off the non-stop fun of the fair season.  From that day forward we will be meeting every day for 16 days straight.  Please pay close attention to the schedule for this time period.  Below are a few general notes to keep in mind.

1) Please dress for the weather and bring extra jackets, robes, etc. to keep warm.  Do not wear open-toed shoes.

2) Please be on time to all rehearsals and do not expect to leave before properly dismissed unless you have PREVIOUSLY entered a conflict.  Every effort will be made to dismiss earlier than the time stated on the rehearsal schedule (especially on school nights), but the quality of the show comes first.  You can do your part to ensure early dismissal by arriving on time and ready to start.

3) Food items may be brought and kept in the refrigerator but should be properly marked with your name.  Do not eat or drink anything you did not personally bring unless you are positive you have permission from the owner.  You will be expected to repay the owner if this rule is violated.

4) Please start keeping all of your personal belongings that you must bring in your cubbies and not laying around outdoors or in other areas - and particularly not on the stage areas.

5) Please leave all valuables at home.  We cannot ensure the safety of any items within the compound.

6) Please maintain personal hygiene - shower regularly, wear clean clothes, do not wear overly strong perfumes, colognes or the like.  We are a lot of people in small spaces and odors good or bad build up and become offensive easily.
NON-CAST VOLUNTEERS ONLY: Turn this form in at orientation to provide us with contact information and information regarding desired areas to volunteer.  If under 18, a parent/legal guardian must sign the form, too.  NOT NEEDED IF FILLED OUT ON-LINE AUDITION APPLICATION ALREADY THIS YEAR.
CAST/STAFF/VOLUNTEERS: This form must be turned in by everyone under 18 years old at orientation.  [NOTE: adults 18 and over complete the form above instead]
