Know what you are agreeing to when accepting. NEW THIS YEAR! The Calendar, Makeup Introduction information and Communication Process have been put into the handbook for a one-stop resource. It is a PDF file that prints nicely as a booklet in adobe.
THESE MUST BE PRINTED, COMPLETED AND TURNED IN AT ORIENTATION ON 12/2)

THE STUFF YOU REALLY WANT - BUT DON'T IGNORE WHAT'S ABOVE THIS - REALLY!
Takes you to the cast list and related information.
MAKE SURE TO CHECK THE CAST LIST TO KNOW ALL OF YOUR PARTS SO FAR!
OK, here it is - the Script for the 2019 Nightly Musical Pageant! Use this link to download (pdf format) and print the script (NOTE: It is a black and white version to save on printing - those that may need/want the colorized version just contact Chuck (though it is not completed yet).
Please bring it to the orientation on Sunday as we will be doing a read through at that time (bring a pencil/pen also for notes).
Prior to orientation it is expected that you will study the script as much as you can in order to make the read through go more smoothly. If you are a singer of any song, note the lyrics well as they may not be what you expect. IF YOU CAN, BE PREPARED TO SING THE SONGS WITH THE REVISED LYRICS AT THE ORIENTATION READ THROUGH
If you are a non-specific character according to the cast list, try to be as famiiar as you can with any line/song that is not specifically identified as belonging to a character on the cast list.
If you are thinking that because you have no specific lines, take note: EVERYONE will have plenty to do and should feel they are making a contribution to the production (or I wouldn't have you in it); also, we only have 22 microphones so not everyone could have lines even if I wanted it to be so. Many of the characters, for example, Gong, are more about action, attitude and pantomime than lines - they are critical to the success of the show! It is expected that everyone will have plenty to do in the production. Keep this in mind if your primary role(s) do not seem so big at this time.
FOR NON-CAST VOLUNTEERS ONLY TO COMPLETE: AND THEY NEED NOT FILL THIS OUT IF YOU ALREADY COMPLETED AN ON-LINE AUDITION APPLICATION FOR THIS YEAR.
CAST/STAFF/VOLUNTEERS: This form must be turned in by everyone under 18 years old at orientation. [NOTE: adults 18 and over complete the form above instead]

NEW THIS UPDATE
Cast List has been revised to reflect current changes. Please look and understand your role(s). Use this for understanding when you are called for rehearsals of the scenes you are in.
The link to the Rehearsal Schedule has been moved lower on this page with the Cast List, Sendspace, and Script links.
NOTE: Individual scene call times are not set. All cast call times are the start of rehearsal times (11 am on Saturday and 1:15 on Sunday). The order of rehearsal will be set with a goal to release people as scenes are done.
Pay attention to whether you are called or not called for a particular scene. Not everyone in a scene may be called just because that scene is being worked on. If your character is listed as NOT CALLED then your part in that scene will be rehearsed a different date. If you are CALLED, then please be prepared to rehearse the scene without a script in hand.
You will see there are no entries in the rehearsal schedule beyond January 27. This is because the remaining rehearsals (per the schedule in the calendar at the back of the handbook) are FULL CAST run thru rehearsals.
We reserve the right to call additional cast members into rehearsals as necessary for the benefit of the show (based mainly on how productive the cast is at earlier rehearsals).
Lastly, keep your time relatively free during posted rehearsal periods in case there are last minute needs to stop in for costume or make-up work. Keep watching this site for such possibilities.
